Our online store is still in full operation currently, shipping daily with DHL Express. We are taking upmost care with all orders we receive that they will be dispatched quickly but also safely, in accordance with the Government guidelines.

All packages will be sent via DHL Express Delivery and must be signed for on delivery.

Orders over £100 will be sent FREE Special Delivery next day.

Orders under £100 will be sent Special Delivery next day for £6.99

All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped the same day to be delivered next working day. Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will be shipped the same day and arrive on Monday. Order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday to arrive Tuesday.  We do not ship at weekends or Bank Holidays.

If DHL are unable to obtain a signature from somebody at the address then your parcel will be returned to your nearest DHL depot and a card left with details on retrieving your package.

 You will receive tracking information from DHL informing you of your delivery with options to make any changes required.

Please note that DHL Express Delivery have a service aim of next working day but it is not guaranteed.
